A number of this year’s brides are planning destination weddings in tropical locations, the perfect escape from our frosty winter here. Can you blame them? What is more amazing than watching the sunset over tropical paradise on your wedding day?
Destination weddings however, do have their downfalls. The inability for those to travel, take time off work, etc. That is why we’re seeing an influx of clients who plan to have an intimate destination wedding followed by a large reception with their family and friends that complement their tropical nuptials.
We have a number of receptions this year and wanted to inspire you with a couple of arrangements from our Design Center and other inspiration we’ve found around the web.
What are you planning on doing for your big day? Do you like the idea of having an intimate wedding followed by a more grand reception upon your return?

This bouquet exudes romance! We used pink Miranda David Austin Roses instead of peonies for this bouquet. They are a great substitute for the peony loving bride who is getting married when they are out of season. Not only do they have the open ruffly bloom, but they have a beautiful fragrance as well!
Sometimes the simplest colors make the biggest statement.
